Yes W.ROSADO invites you to express yourself with a customized gift message to accompany your purchase at checkout. The message, enclosed in a white envelope, will arrive with your package. We reserve the right to withhold or refuse acceptance of any order for personalize products, or with a message card, that contains language that is objectionable, unlawful or contrary to our policies. You are responsible for ensuring that any wording you provide for personalizing product is correct. In addition, orders for personalize products cannot be canceled and such products that have been personalized in any way or otherwise made to your bespoke specifications cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund as described in these conditions of sale.

How do I request a return?

To return an item, please send an email to returns@wrosado.com

Please include:
Order number which can be found in order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section.

Reason for return.
You have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request. Our in-house team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).

Prepare your return parcel
Include regional packaging and materials our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suits you directly to the address mentioned when you return by mail.

Receive your refund
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the item. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Any damaged item cannot be the subject a refund. To recall any personalized item cannot be the subject of a refund or an exchange.

Can I return for an exchange?

At wrosado.com, we are committed to you enjoying your purchase. In order to exchange the item you purchase, we will have to refund your first order. Indeed, each item has a unique number, therefore we are obliged to re-edit an invoice and thus make a new payment.
