You may get an estimated delivery date once your selection is in your basket. Duties and Taxes are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Reason for return
You have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request. Our in-house team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).
Prepare your return parcel
Include original packaging and materials our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suits you directly to the address mentioned when you return by mail.
Receive your refund
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the item. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Any damaged item cannot be the subject a refund. To recall any personalized item cannot be the subject of a refund or an exchange.
